From math facts to the Fibonacci sequence....



Summer is a great time to practice math!  No need to limit yourself to a forced 30 minutes each day of math drudgery.  Simply learn to discover math in nature.  It's fun and it is everywhere.  Our last lesson of the year focused on the Fibonacci sequence and how it relates to nature, music and art.  Try this website to get started: Fibonacci Numbers and the Golden Section.  Or check out the You Tube video above.  Enjoy a truly mathematical summer!
